How much does a project cost?
Each service page shows a starting price in CAD (US clients are quoted the same amounts in USD). Your project is quoted for its scope: after your inquiry and a short conversation, you receive a written quote listing deliverables, revisions, timeline and payment terms. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Can I combine several services?
Yes. Most projects do, for example a brand identity with a website, or social media with content and photo. One inquiry covers everything you select.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the service and scope. Each service page shows a typical timeline, and your exact schedule is confirmed in your proposal.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are set out in each proposal so you know exactly what's included. Extra rounds can be added if you need them.
Do you work with new businesses?
Yes. The studio works with people at every stage, from an idea that doesn't have a name yet to established businesses ready for a change.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool to research and draft faster. Every deliverable is reviewed and refined by a person, and you'll always know if anything you receive was generated with AI.
Will you need my passwords?
No. When a project needs access to an account such as your website, store or social media, we use the platform's official way to add a collaborator, so you never share a password.
Who owns the final work?
Ownership and usage rights are set out in your agreement. As a rule, once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you.
